Help your teen build real confidence in conversations, friendships, and everyday social situations — all from the safety of home.
It’s not that your teen lacks personality. They lack reps — small, safe, guided practice in actually using it.
A 4-week online confidence & social skills program for homeschool teens — built around real practice, not another lecture about confidence.
Every week follows the same simple rhythm: coach, then practice, then a real-world challenge. The fillable digital workbook is where it all comes together — your teen checks off real challenges as they complete them, and watches their own progress build week by week.

Each week builds on the last — from finding their voice to leading a real moment.
One simple program. Everything they need to practice, nothing they don’t.
If your teen attends all 4 live sessions and you don’t feel they’re more confident in social situations, we’ll refund your payment in full.
Show up, do the work alongside us, and if it doesn’t make a real difference — you don’t pay for it.
I was voted “Most Shy” in my own school. I was held back a grade. At 16, one message from Zig Ziglar changed how I saw myself — and it became the reason I now spend my life helping teens find their own confidence before they reach adulthood.
I built this program because I’ve watched it happen again and again at YouthCon events across the country: teens don’t need more information about confidence. They need guided practice, in a small, safe space, with a little structure behind them.
As an Executive Pastor, I bring the same values your family already lives by into every session — this program is rooted in faith, not just technique.
The Confidence Accelerator is designed to help teens move from fear and hesitation to confidence, communication, and real-life courage — one practical rep at a time.
This program is built specifically for that. Every challenge starts small and builds gradually, and the coaching is done in a small group, not in front of a crowd. Most teens who go through this struggle with exactly the kind of shyness you’re describing — that’s who it’s designed for.
Yes. Matt’s Youth Development Initiative, the Youth Summit, is an approved Step Up direct-pay vendor, which means eligible Step Up families can use their scholarship funds toward this program with $0 out of pocket. We’ll walk you through exactly how that works on your parent call.
Plan on about 20–30 minutes a week in the workbook, plus the practice challenge itself, which happens naturally throughout daily life — not as extra homework on top of everything else.
Just a phone, tablet, or computer with a working camera and Zoom access. That’s it — no special software or equipment needed.
Yes — camera on is required for the live sessions. So much of building real confidence happens through being seen and practicing out loud with the group, and that only works if everyone’s actually present on camera, not just listening in.
Life happens, especially for homeschool families. Sessions are recorded, and the workbook is built so your teen can keep moving forward even if a week gets missed.
This program is built for homeschool teens in grades 6–12. If you’re unsure whether it’s the right fit for your child’s age or stage, book a free parent call and we’ll talk it through together.
No — the live coaching sessions are just for the teens. You’ll get simple guidance on how to support your teen between sessions, so you stay involved without sitting in on every call.
Your teen keeps the printable, fillable workbook and the scripts they’ve built throughout the program. Your teen’s Certificate of Completion will be emailed separately after the final session. For families who want to go deeper, there’s a next-step coaching option we’ll share more about toward the end of the program.
